Pricing starts in the low $200’s and the developer requires a $1,000 deposit to secure your residence and price. The reservation must be converted to a purchase agreement within 48 hours, requiring a 2nd deposit of $4,000 within 30 days. The balance of the deposit is required within 60 days of a signed purchase agreement. The total deposit will range from 6% to 10% of the purchase price, depending on the building you are in, and whether you are a primary/secondary homeowner or investor.
